Technical Office Engineer

Convert approved designs into accurate technical drawings and prepare cost estimates based on the approved specifications.

Prepare kitchen shop drawings according to technical specifications and generate production orders using the EIMOS program.

Review dimensions, details, and installation points.

Ensure that drawings are compatible with manufacturing capabilities.

Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and quantity take-offs for wood, panels, accessories, and hardware.

Determine the required materials and finishes for each project.

Review quantities to minimize waste and material loss.

Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure the availability of required materials.

Coordinate with the Interior Design Department to finalize and approve project details.

Communicate with the Sales Department regarding any technical modifications to customer orders, if required.

Ensure that all drawings comply with approved quality standards.

Review technical solutions to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Follow up on order execution within the factory from a technical perspective to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Proven hands-on experience with imos iX (Article Designer, Part Designer, CP/CR configuration)

Background in furniture manufacturing or a technical office environment Strong understanding of cabinet construction logic and parametric article building Detail-oriented with the ability to build and document a library systematicallyVariable system and material catalogue setup Construction Principles (CPs) and Construction Rules configuration Full article catalogue: base, wall, tall units, drawers, fillers, and special parts Output pipeline: drawing views, part lists, and shop floor documents
