الوصف الوظيفي

Responsible for day-to-day transactions related to imported material· Implement the annual orders plan and release Purchase orders.· Follow up with suppliers to get confirmation dates & update records on the system for the purchase process.· Send 6-12 Months Rolling Forecast to the suppliers on a Monthly basis· Request and revise the Pro-forma Invoices and get confirmations.· Processing and follow-up of LC and payments for Suppliers with Purchasing and Finance· Revise Import documents and ensure compliance with all governmental requirements.· Follow up with the Import team on the booking of the Containers and delivery Procedures.· Track incoming shipments and report weekly status and expected arrival dates.· Monitor and evaluate suppliers' delivery performance.· Monitor the warehouse level and achieve the target inventory turnover per year.· Follow up on clearance and notify the receiving date.· Analyze customer demands and formulate schedules to meet customer service metrics.· Monitor production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.· Notify suppliers of short-shipped, over-supplied, and faulty items received and taking the necessary action.· Create Production Plan & MPS for production lines· Arrange the production priorities based on customer demand· Check weekly received orders & compare with updated forecast· Follow up Production output & inform Export team with the expected readiness date for open orders

المتطلبات والشروط

· Min. 4 years of experience in the field of Production & Material Planning.

· Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain (CPIM is a plus)

· Experience with SAP ERP.

· Strong numerical and analytical Skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and operational skills.

· Strong proficiency in analytical tools, including Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

· Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.
