Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage and support supply chain operations efficiently and ensure smooth workflow between procurement, inventory, logistics, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate supply chain processes and daily operations. ● Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability. ● Follow up purchase orders and supplier deliveries. ● Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers. ● Prepare supply chain reports and analyze data. ● Track shipments and resolve delivery issues. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ● Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. ● Maintain accurate records and documentation.

● Candidates residing in Cairo are preferred. ● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. ● 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. ● Experience in SAP and Oracle systems is a must. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. ● Good command of English.
