Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set and follow up on individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs on a daily and monthly basis.
Coach, motivate, and develop sales team members.
Follow up on customers, leads, and sales opportunities.
Identify sales opportunities and improve conversion rates.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Analyze sales results and take corrective actions when needed.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
Lead by example and actively support the team in achieving targets.

المتطلبات والشروط

3–7 years of relevant sales experience, including experience in sales team leadership or management.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and monitoring KPIs.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build, manage, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Previous experience in Retail or Showrooms is preferred.
Experience in Homeware, Furniture, or Electrical Appliances is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
