Manage and monitor the overallQuality Management Systemwithin the factory.
Develop and implement quality plans and ensure compliance throughout all production stages.
Ensure that products comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Analyze the root causes of defects and production issues and implementCorrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with the Production Manager and other departments to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Prepare and review quality reports andKPIsand report them to senior management.
Follow up on customer complaints, analyze their root causes, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
Train and raise employees’ awareness of quality requirements, inspection methods, and handling of non-conforming products.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping procedures within production areas in coordination with the relevant departments.

المتطلبات والشروط

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferablyEngineering, Science, Chemistry, Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum7 years of experience in Quality, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge ofQuality Management Systemsand industrial quality standards.
Good command ofMicrosoft Office, especially Excel.
ISO 9001 / Quality Management / Quality Toolscourses or certifications are preferred
