Project Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager & Orders Coordinator to bridge the gap between planning and execution.

In this dual-capacity role, you will be the primary engine driving our active projects from initiation to handover.

You will ensure that site activities, contractor obligations, and order fulfillment align perfectly with our timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining critical milestones, resource allocation, and key deliverables.Site & Progress Monitoring: ensuring all activities remain on track and active.Order Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of open orders, ensuring seamless delivery of materials and services to prevent project bottlenecks.Contractor Accountability: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors/subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to contractual obligations and escalating non-compliance.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous project records and deliver performance dashboards/status reports for executive review.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential delays or risks and implement effective strategies to keep projects moving.
