Compare supplier offers and select the best option based on price and quality.
Preparequotationsfor customers.
Handle purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Issue and uploadelectronic invoices (e-invoices).
Record and maintain accurateaccounting recordsfor all transactions.
Follow up on payments, purchases, and supplier accounts.
Maintain organized records of invoices, quotations, and transactions

Previous experience inAccounting and Procurement.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge ofExcel and accounting systems.
