Will be responsible for forecasting demand for cosmetics and FMCG products, analyzing sales data, and monitoring market trends to support accurate production and inventory planning.
The role involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts, stock levels, and customer delivery requirements.
Daily tasks include preparing demand plans and reports, tracking forecast accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities in demand patterns, and recommending adjustments to production schedules.
The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and support decision-making with timely, data-driven insights.

المتطلبات والشروط

Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience in cosmetics or FMCG environments.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and planning software.
Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and production planning principles.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG, is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment in Nasr City.
