Planning Engineer (Material Planning)

Develop and execute material requirement plans based on production schedules and demand forecasts.Monitor inventory levels of raw and packaging materials to ensure material availability and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.Coordinate with Procurement teams to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials.Follow up on supplier commitments and proactively address supply risks that may impact production.Analyze material consumption trends and recommend inventory optimization actions.Maintain accurate planning parameters, lead times, safety stock levels, and material master data within ERP systems.Prepare material availability reports and highlight potential risks to production plans.Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Procurement teams to support operational requirements.Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and inventory performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Material Planning, , Supply Chain, or Inventory Management, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory management principles.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
