Merchandising Manager

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement in-store merchandising strategies to maximize shelf share, product visibility, and sales volume.Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as Out-of-Stock (OOS) rates, share of shelf, and promotion compliance.Field Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of field merchandisers to ensure effective store coverage and planogram compliance.Promotional Execution: Plan and execute in-store promotions, launches, and POS material deployment.Operational Excellence: Coordinate with supply chain and sales teams to manage inventory levels, pricing, and supplier relationships.Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and competitive activity to identify opportunities for increasing profitability.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a manager in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) coordination or trade marketing, with proven management experience, particularly in the dairy and fresh juice products sector.Age: Applicants must be between 30 and 40 years old.Gender: Male only.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A car is required.Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.Operational Knowledge: Experience using product display charts, field sales techniques, and inventory management.
