MEP Project Manager

A leading contracting company is seeking a highly driven and commercially minded MEP project engineer.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersParticipate in technical and commercial discussions and support project decision-makingIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering proposalsMonitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of issuesAnalyze project risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendationsMaintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholdersSupport project management in critical project matters

4–8 years of experience in Construction, MEP, Contracting, or Project ManagementPrevious client-facing experience is highly preferredStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of project profitabilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership potential and decision-making capabilityGood spoken English with excellent reading and writing skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelGood command of Word and PowerPointExcellent AutoCAD reading skillsmust have a car
