MEP Draftsman

Prepare MEP shop drawings (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and electrical) based on engineers’ instructions and approved drawings.Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural disciplines to minimize clashes under engineers’ supervision.Revise and update drawings according to engineers’ comments and site requirements.Prepare as-built drawings reflecting actual site conditions.Maintain proper documentation and records of all drawings and revisions.Assist in ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.Support engineers and site teams in resolving drawing-related issues.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D);

Revit knowledge is a plus.Familiar with international standards and MEP systems.Minimum 3–6 years’ experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in swimming pools and fountains projects.Detail-oriented with good coordination and teamwork skills.
