Maintenance Engineer

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems including electrical, mechanical, and HVACMonitor and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtimeDiagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues efficientlyRespond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdownsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance activitiesEnsure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standardsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and equipment historySupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure proper functioning of critical systems within hospitals and healthcare facilities

Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance EngineerProven experience in hospitals and/or hospitality sector is a mustStrong knowledge of maintenance systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.)Ability to handle preventive and corrective maintenance efficientlyGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and inspections across facilitiesEnsure all systems and equipment operate efficientlyHandle breakdowns and emergency repairs promptlyCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsMaintain safety and compliance standards
