Monitor live platforms, campaigns, or systems to ensure optimal performance and uptimeExecute real-time updates, configurations, and operational tasksAnalyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimizationDetect, troubleshoot, and resolve live issues in a timely and efficient mannerCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support)Support the planning and execution of live campaigns, promotions, or in-app eventsTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metricsMaintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and resolutionsContinuously improve LiveOps processes, workflows, and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field2–4years of experience in Live Operations, Digital Operations, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, real-time environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, or BI tools)Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tools is a plusFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings if requiredProactive, reliable, and able to make quick decisions under pressure
