IT Software Specialist

Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, devices)Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)Install, configure, and update systems and applicationsMonitor system performance and ensure security best practicesTroubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues efficientlySupport ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and internal toolsManage user accounts, access rights, and data backupsCoordinate with external vendors and service providers when neededDocument IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting procedures

Haram or October ResdienceBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administrationStrong knowledge of networking, servers, and operating systemsExperience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)Python experienceGood understanding of cybersecurity principlesProblem-solving mindset and strong attention to detailGood communication skills (English required)
