Fitout Engineer

Supervise and manage all on-site fit-out activities (civil & architectural works).Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Handle site inspections and snagging processes.Follow up on material approvals and ensure proper usage on site.Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material delivery.Support in project handover and close-out documentation.Identify and resolve technical issues on site.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.3–5 years of experience in fit-out / finishing projects.Strong knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, flooring, painting, joinery, etc.).Good understanding of drawings and specifications.Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
