Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient consultations and assess individual aesthetic goals and medical suitability.Perform aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures according to clinical standards and safety protocols.Provide non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures.Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and expectations.Monitor patient progress and provide post-procedure care and follow-up consultations.Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and trends in aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a high standard of patient experience and operational excellence.Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications & RequirementsMedical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Aesthetic Medicine.Valid medical license and certification to practice.Proven experience in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent attention to detail and artistic sense.Ability to build trust and maintain professional patient relationships.Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.Preferred SkillsExperience with advanced laser technologies and minimally invasive procedures.Sales and consultation experience in aesthetic clinics.Multilingual communication skills are a plus.Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic trends.
