Costing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1.

Costing Verification- Verify daily production costing for envelope and label products.- Ensure accuracy of raw material consumption and conversion costs.- Identify discrepancies and report deviations

2.

Production Entries Monitoring- Monitor daily production entries for envelope division- Ensure correct recording of output, input, and machine-wise data- Coordinate with production team for any missing or incorrect entries

3.

Wastage Reporting- Prepare and analyze daily wastage reports for label production- Track wastage trends and highlight abnormal losses- Support initiatives to reduce material wastage

4.

Banking & Financial Follow-ups- Coordinate with banks for routine transactions and documentation- Follow up on payments, LCs, and banking requirements- Maintain proper records of all bank-related communications

5.

Customer Outstanding Management- Prepare daily customer outstanding summary for envelope & label divisions- Follow up with sales/accounts teams for overdue payments

Skills & Requirements- Strong knowledge of costing and production tracking- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas preferred)- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong coordination and communication abilities- Attention to detail and accuracyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Accuracy in costing verification- Timeliness of daily reports- Reduction in wastage levels- Efficiency in receivables tracking- Zero errors in production data monitoring
