Architect Site Engineer

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation.Develop creative and functional design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.Review and approve architectural plans, shop drawings, and material submittals.Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications.Ensure projects comply with local regulations, codes, and quality standards.Support project planning, budgeting, and execution activities.Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.Previous experience in Real Estate Development is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.Excellent design, planning, and project management skills.Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
