Accountant

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support budgeting and financial planning activities.Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

3 to 5 years of accounting experience.Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
